The Development
The tower on Jalan Tun Razak is a single mixed development split into three blocks. A 28‑storey corporate office. A 37‑storey Regent Hotel, managed by IHG, with 259 rooms. And Golden Crown Residence, 490 homes stacked across levels 13 to 57.
It means the concierge desk, the arrival court and the address itself are built to hotel standards rather than apartment ones. Ten to eleven units share each floor, served by five lifts.
Construction has passed 65 per cent. Completion is targeted for December 2026, which is close enough that what you are buying is a building you can already see, not a promise you have to imagine.
